We conducted our 2016 User Survey in April, a total of 211 people completed the survey and the prize draw winner was Keith Padarath from DHUFT. The main findings show that users appreciate the Library’s efficiency and excellent customer service and that it is perceived to have a direct impact on patient care and management. Suggested areas for improvement include better Internet access and specific resources.
